As we conclude our work on the TRACE project, it is our pleasure to invite you to the TRACE Final Conference: Understanding the business of human trafficking. Please note that we have changed the conference date to 28th April 2016. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but hope that you will be able to join us.
Funding: Please note that we have a limited number of funded places available (to cover transport within Europe and accommodation in Brussels). This will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. We ask that participants who secure the funding book own arrangements; we will reimburse you after the conference.
During the one day conference, the TRACE project partners will present their findings on the business of human trafficking. These findings are intended to support policy makers, civil society organisations, law enforcement persons in their current and future work, as well as inspire further discussions and research. The conference will be made up for four panels:
Panel 1: The environment of the trafficking business
Panel 2: Understanding the traffickers
Panel 3:Technology and human trafficking
Panel 4: Challenges in approaching human trafficking: migration
Further information will be available soon on the TRACE website. If you are interested in participating please register via this form.
