FRC member Leslie Kassongo Tambu published an article in Juristenkrant, a Flemish newspaper that publishes articles on a great variety of legal subjects in an accessible way, as its target audience is non-experts. In Leslie's contribution, entitled "Internationaal Strafhof: Historische verzoeken tot aanhoudingsbevelen tegen Israëlische en Hamas-leiders", she explains the impact of the arrest warrants issued by the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court regarding Israeli and Hamas leaders, and the (misplaced) reactions to it.
