New Blogpost: Fair Trial Rights Undermined in Spain Following ‘Operation Judas’

  • November 22, 2019

Following a year-long investigation, a series of raids took place on 23 September throughout Catalonia in the context of ‘Operation Judas’ that resulted in the arrest of nine independence activists and alleged members of the Committees for the Defense of the Republic. FRC member, Sergi Vazquez Maymir, has published a post on this on Fairtrials.org.
