On 15 November 2016, FRC Researcher Irene Wieczorek, will be publicly defending her PhD thesis. The Legitimacy of EU Criminal Law: what role for normative and instrumental justifications? will explore the doctoral research of Irene, who is undertaking a joint doctoral degree with VUB and ULB.
