Cristina Cocito (FRC Member) and Prof Paul De Hert (FRC co-director) published a new article on the Computer Law and Security Review Journal entitled 'The transformative nature of the EU Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles: replacing the old paradigm (normative equivalency of rights)'.
