On 24-25 January 2019, FRC Member, Sibel Top will be presenting her doctoral research on political crimes at the Annual ECLAN PhD Seminar "25 Years after Maastricht: Achievements, Failures and Challenges of the EU Criminal Justice Area". She discussed the issue of the tension between legality and morality in the understanding of political crimes.
