On 11 November 2020, FRC member, Carlotta Rigotti and avv. Ivonne Panfilo will hold the fourth webinar on law and prostitution organised by the Italian Research Group on Prostitution and Sex Work (GRIPS). In this session, Carlotta and Ivonne will talk about the crime of facilitating prostitution as enshrined in Article 3(8) legge 20 febbraio 1958 no. 75 and as later interpreted by the Italian case-law.
